Our Story

An Indian Kitchen & Bar
A Dynamic Ambiance, Rooted in Tradition
At Bombay Grove we built a room where the aromas of freshly ground spice and a working tandoor carry across the dining room — right for a long dinner with friends, a celebration, or a quiet weeknight plate at the bar. Our menu draws on North Indian, Mughlai and coastal cooking rather than any single region.
Each dish is crafted by chefs who cook the traditional way and plate it for a modern Boca Raton table — gravies built from scratch, breads pulled to order, cocktails poured to sit beside the spice instead of against it.
"There is no such thing as an overloaded plate of food."
Time-Tested Techniques, Authentic Flavors
Our chefs employ time-tested techniques to recreate familiar flavors. Think lentils soaked overnight, rich spices tenaciously roasted until their aromas release, cookware that demands slow cooking, and marination that gives flourishes to simple daily foods.
While we fuss over our ingredients and are sticklers for finesse, what we ultimately value most is authenticity. We hope to have you relish our nostalgic offerings — and that our sincere hospitality keeps you coming back for more.
